Teambuilding is not a simple task, and it find hard to make the program unique and attractive Teambuilding plays an important role in building relationships among members, contributing to increased work efficiency. Moreover, with the modern trend, this has become an integral part of the company when traveling. Therefore, businesses focus on organizing teambuilding for employees. On April 15-17, VietnamEvents successfully held a tour with teambuilding and Gala Dinner for Air Liquide Vietnam in Nha Trang with nearly 100 participants.
Nha Trang visiting program in 3 days 2 nights, departing at Bac Ninh. Hoa Binh buses pick up passenger from Que Vo with high quality bus and arrive at Noi Bai International Airport at 11:00 am. By 13:00, all ALV members are crowded in Nha Trang, then checked in the room.
For the ALV Group in Saigon, VietnamEvents has a shuttle bus to pick up at Tan Son Nhat Airport and around 12h30 everyone was present in Nha Trang, then checked in hotel. We arranged a nice lunch so that after checking in, the guests could have lunch immediately, which created the most favorable conditions for the journey to visit and explored Nha Trang in the afternoon.
Furthermore, VietnamEvents provided a full range of high quality bus and enthusiastic tour guides for during the trip, exploring famous sites in Nha Trang. In addition, we also organized attractive games for members on the fine white sand, the clear water of Nha Trang.
Not only that, in the Monday Evening, we organized Gala Dinner named ALV Got Talent 2017 with a lot of interesting performances and nice gifts.At noon on Tuesday,VietnamEvents provided bus to take all the members to the airport and back to Hanoi / Saigon, ending the trip.
With this trip, ALV members have made a fun and enjoyable trip. Members had the opportunity to socialize and bond, build strong relationships with their co-workers, and contribute to effective teamwork and greater success in the workplace.
