On the morning of November 16, SKILLING UP VIETNAM with the theme: "Businesses accompany to innovate and improve the quality of vocational education" was held at National Convention Center. The event welcomed Prime Minister Nguyen Xuan Phuc to visit the biggest vocational education forum in the year.
