Thai Binh - Korea investment, trade, tourism promotion conference

Within the framework of the cultural exchange - business connection program between Vietnam and Korea "Thai Binh Homecoming Day", on December 2, 2023, in Thai Binh City, an investment promotion conference took place, Thai Binh - Korea trade and tourism.

 

Attending the conference, on the part of the Central delegates, were comrades: Truong Tan Sang, Former Member of the Political Bureau, Former President; Nguyen Khac Dinh, Member of the Central Committee of CPV, Vice Chairperson of the National Assembly; leaders of several ministries and central branches; local. On the Korean delegate's side were Mr. Lee Myung Bak, former President of the Republic of Korea; Mr. Choi Young Sam, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Korea to Vietnam.

 

At the conference, a signing ceremony of cooperation agreements in the fields of culture, investment, education, trade... between localities and businesses of Thai Binh and Korea took place. In addition, Thai Binh province awarded investment certificates to 03 projects, worth 130 million USD, from Korean investors.

 

This conference has essential meaning for Thai Binh province with the domestic and foreign business community, opening up many new development opportunities and new relationships in investment cooperation between Vietnam and Korea in general and between Thai Binh province and Korean partners in particular.
